I started at Chengdu ALD Aviation Manufacturing Corporation on August 23rd, 2021, where I focused on process planning for aviation parts. My expertise in Powermill and Mastercam for G-code editing allowed me to develop innovative machining strategies, greatly enhancing production efficiency. In January 2022, I was elevated to Project Manager for the Safran program, where I spearheaded the development of 31 new products, marking a substantial leap from the previous two-year total of nine. A standout achievement in my career was improving the Upper Diaphragm tube (UDT) quality rate to a perfect 100% by creating a grinding guidebook in June 2022, which resolved a chronic issue of non-conforming products. My work on the UDT's post-heat treatment finishing process, including G-code editing, was instrumental and was acknowledged at the 14th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition in Zhuhai
